Bone Cements

Radiopaque, low-viscosity bone cement designed for spinal procedures and indicated for the fixation of pathological vertebral body fractures through vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty. It may be used in painful vertebral fractures associated with osteoporosis, hemangiomas, or malignant lesions. The sterile system consists of one powder pouch and one liquid monomer ampoule and is formulated with polymethyl methacrylate, zirconium dioxide, and hydroxyapatite. Zirconium dioxide provides radiopacity to facilitate visualization during the procedure. The product is intended for single use only, must not be reused, and has a shelf life of 36 months.
