SYNTH™
Bone-Mesh™️
SYNTH™️ Bone-Mesh™️ Vesselplasty is a minimally invasive vertebral augmentation system designed for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures, with emphasis on controlled cement containment and procedural safety. The system uses a non-stretchable PET container that is inserted into the vertebral body and expands as bone cement is injected. The cement remains contained within the vessel, which stays inside the vertebra after augmentation. Designed to reduce the risk of cement leakage, the container withstands injection pressures of up to 1,500 PSI and supports cement interdigitation and vertebral filling without requiring balloon inflation, rupture, or removal. The system is particularly suited for fractures involving the posterior wall, severely comminuted fractures, spinal tumors or metastases, and cases where minimizing cement leakage is a clinical priority.
