CELLRISE™
Dural Sealant

A synthetic, absorbable dural sealant that forms a hydrogel in approximately five seconds. It is designed to supplement primary dural closure and help reduce the risk of cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Low expansion is intended to limit compression of adjacent tissues, while gel formation occurs without heat generation. The material adheres in wet environments and provides pressure resistance to support seal integrity. It progressively degrades and is absorbed over approximately four to eight weeks.

A dual-syringe system mixes the components during delivery, with applicators available for direct or deep access. The product should be used as an adjunct to, not a substitute for, sound dural closure technique and only in accordance with the applicable indications, contraindications, and instructions for use.
