A freeze-dried acellular dermal graft designed to provide a scaffold for soft-tissue repair and regeneration. Removal of cellular components is intended to reduce immune response, while the preserved matrix supports cellular infiltration and integration with recipient tissue. Depending on the specific reference and local authorization, potential applications include reconstructive surgery, coverage of burns or ulcers, duraplasty, thyroid surgery, and breast or abdominal wall reconstruction.

The material progressively remodels and is absorbed over approximately three to six months, although timing may vary with defect size, vascularity, and tissue environment. It should not be described as free from rejection or complications; clinical response depends on patient factors, wound-bed preparation, fixation, coverage, and postoperative management.
