RISE

SYNTH™ RISE is a vertebral body augmentation system designed for the percutaneous treatment of painful osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in combination with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) bone cement. The system includes an implantable expandable stent and associated surgical instruments. Inserted into the collapsed vertebral body through a transpedicular approach, the stent expands mechanically to support anatomical height restoration. Its three-dimensional expansion mechanism provides stable structural support and promotes a more complete distribution of bone cement to help maintain the achieved restoration. The system offers 5.0 mm and 5.8 mm unexpanded stent diameters, with total expansion heights of 15 mm and 17 mm, respectively, and includes dedicated instruments for implant-site preparation, stent placement, and cement delivery.
